Brandon W. Sweitzer is a member of our board of directors. Mr. Sweitzer is a member and a Senior Fellow of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States and is Senior Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer of that organization. Mr. Sweitzer became Chief Financial Officer of Marsh Inc. in 1981, and was its President from 1999 through 2000. Mr. Sweitzer also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter & Company from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Sweitzer is also a director of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. He currently serves on the boards of Integro Ltd., Save the Children, U.S.A. and the St. John’s University School of Risk Management. Mr. Sweitzer is a resident of New Canaan, Connecticut. Mr. Sweitzer currently serves on our Audit and Compensation Committees.
