Experience: Brian has ten years of public accounting experience. He started his career with a local Hampton Roads firm before joining Goodman & Company in December 1997. He specializes in corporate financial audits, financial reporting, income tax reporting, and financial forecasts. Brian’s industry experience has been primarily focused in the hospitality and hotel management, timeshare, commercial real estate development, construction, manufacturing, and auto dealership industries. Brian’s experience also includes special projects related to mergers and acquisitions, complex transactions, cost segregation studies, partnership and limited liability company issues, personal income tax planning, and historic and new market tax credits. Expertise Brian provides ongoing advice and guidance to hotel and timeshare developers on a variety of topics, including operations management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and cash flow analysis.
