Brad Bayer is a Retail and Investment Sales Specialist at Magellan Commercial Realty. Although Brad is originally from New York City, he fell in love with the Dallas area after attending Southern Methodist University where he received his Bachelors degree in History. Immediately after graduation from SMU, Brad served with the 3rd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment based in Ft. Benning, Georgia. While serving with 3/75, Brad was deployed to Afghanistan on two separate tours of duty (winter of 2004 and the summer of 2005) where he conducted multiple combat raids in accordance with and to enforce the policies of the United States abroad. After an honorable discharge in 2006, Brad returned to Dallas specifically to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Never shy to a physical activity, Brad takes pleasure in skiing, swimming, running, hiking, and biking. A typical day for Brad includes, work, exercise, and socializing, which he does with tenacious ferocity. Besides working full-time for his clients at Magellan Commercial, Brad is a part-time bartender and lifeguard which fill his need for activity.Brad strives to incorporate motivation, discipline, and loyalty into his life and in the services that he provides for his clients. Brad currently lives in University Park with his dog.
