Bradford L. Coulter has over 20 years experience in management, corporate finance and international business. In addition to having a strong financial background, Mr. Coulter also brings a broad range of general business skills including logistics, market research, market development, strategic planning, government relations and import/export procedures. Mr. Coulter is a former President of the Detroit Turnaround Management Association and is a member of the steering committee for the University of Detroit Mercy’s Business Turnaround Management program.
Prior to joining O’Keefe & Associates in May 2007, Mr. Coulter was a Director at Amherst Partners, LLC for six years where he was very active in various restructuring assignments including developing and actively managing implementation of restructuring plans for a number of automotive suppliers, medical clinics, retail chains, convenience store chains, machine tool companies, building material dealers and distributors, engineering firms, and various other industries. In addition, Mr. Coulter has coordinated numerous senior debt and sub-debt transactions as well as taken an active role in a number of sell side merger and acquisition assignments. |
