Brad Harvey concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment and class actions. He provides counseling to local, state, and national clients in employment matters, including policies and procedures, employment contracts, employee performance issues, reductions-in-force, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. He also helps clients conduct internal wage & hour and employment practices audits. Mr. Harvey has defended clients in charges brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and similar state and local agencies. He also has represented clients in employment litigation, including the defense of lawsuits in Tennessee, Georgia, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, California, and elsewhere. Mr. Harvey also assists employers in labor issues, including union avoidance training, handling labor arbitrations, and work stoppage issues. Additionally, Mr. Harvey has helped employers defeat class and collective actions brought on a local, regional, and national level.
