Brad Messerman is responsible for the finance and accounting functions. He brings to DigitalPersona over 25 years experience in working with rapidly growing companies, including IPO preparations, mergers and acquisitions, business and strategic planning as well as general financial and accounting management. He originally joined DigitalPersona in a consultant role as partner at BK Associates, an accounting and business services firm. Messerman’s prior roles included VP, Finance at Beatnik, where he was instrumental in acquisition and IPO preparation activities. Previously, as Controller at Internet Profiles, he played a key role in the development of a corporate strategy that included an acquisition by Engage Technologies and their subsequent IPO. Earlier, Messerman held accounting and consulting positions at Internet Shopping Network, Xytronix and Deloitte & Touche. Messerman holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University. |
