Ms. Paisley is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Based in the firm’s Albuquerque office, she works with the Public Finance and Corporate & Business groups. Ms. Paisley represents small businesses primarily technology companies in various stages of development. She also works with investors. Ms. Paisley advises clients on many aspects of their businesses, including choice of entity, securities matters, contracts and various types of transactions. Additionally, she represents issuers, underwriters and trustees in connection with the issuance of government securities. For the last several years, Ms. Paisley has served as an advisor to companies participating in the annual Equity Capital Symposium sponsored by Technology Ventures Corporation. Prior to joining Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Ms. Paisley was a shareholder and director of Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk in Albuquerque. |
