Mr. Crain has served as our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of our Board of Directors since October 20, 2005. Mr. Crain brings over 15 years of industry and capital markets experience in transportations and logistics. In 2005, Mr. Crain founded Radiant Capital Partners, LLC to execute a consolidation strategy in the sector. From 2002 until 2005, Mr. Crain served as the executive vice president and the chief financial officer of Stonepath Group, Inc. (“Stonepath”). Stonepath is a global non-asset based provider of third party logistics services listed on the American Stock Exchange. In 2001, Mr. Crain served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Schneider Logistics, Inc., a third-party logistics company, and from 2000 to 2001, he served as the vice president and treasurer of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc., a public company engaged in railroad and real estate businesses listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Crain held various vice president and treasury positions for CSX Corp., and several of its subsidiaries, a Fortune 500 transportation company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Crain earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas. |
