Mr. Marshall is Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Selby Ventures. With over 40 years of experience in Silicon Valley, Mr. Marshall has acquired extensive startup, operations and investment experience in high technology companies. Mr. Marshall currently sits on the boards of Bay Microsystems, Fabric7 Systems, OnSite Systems, QuickSilver Technology, Triformix and Sierra Monitor. Mr. Marshall has founded three highly successful companies during his career: Tandem Computers, Diablo Systems, and InfoGear Technology. Prior to launching Selby, Mr. Marshall was Founder, President and CEO of InfoGear Technology Corp., a leading Internet appliance company that was acquired by Cisco Systems. In the 20 years preceding InfoGear, Mr. Marshall was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tandem Computers, which he grew to over $2 Billion in annual revenues and was acquired by Compaq for well over $3 Billion. He has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Heald Engineering, and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. |
