Bob Bartzokas is chief compliance officer for Nortel.
In his role, Bartzokas is responsible for Nortel's compliance and ethics functions in addition to internal audit and security. He leads the company's worldwide compliance activities to ensure business is conducted in accordance with all laws and with Nortel's policies and procedures and that the company maintains an effective global compliance program.
Prior to joining Nortel in 2005, Bartzokas was with Hess Corporation in New York, where he held progressively senior positions and was most recently vice president, audit and compliance. Prior to joining Hess, he held senior audit positions at Getty Oil Company and Price Waterhouse.
Bartzokas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a certified public accountant. He is based at Nortel's Richardson, Texas location.
