Blythe Edwards joined Gencom in May of 2006 and has been actively involved in asset management and development oversight activities for a select number of luxury, mixed-use developments. Blythe's primary function involves financial analysis, investor reporting, documentation review, and due diligence coordination with all major project constituents. Prior to Gencom, Blythe was an associate in the Equity Capital Markets group with Tishman Speyer Properties in New York City for four years. While at Tishman, Blythe was responsible for preparing relevant financial analyses for investor due diligence, calculating and maintaining fund performance metrics, developing financial content for marketing materials, and training new group associates. Earlier in her career, Blythe worked as an analyst in the Real Estate, Leisure, and Hospitality Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City. Blythe Edwards graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from Georgetown University. |
