Blanca Rodriguez is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and a senior professional in DTZ Rockwood Asociados, based in DTZ Rockwood’s Mexico City office. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Ms. Rodriguez was Business Development and Equity Director at GE Capital Real Estate based in Mexico City. While at GE, Ms. Rodriguez was responsible for the execution of a strategy to grow GE’s Mexican debt and equity portfolio. Prior to that, she was a Senior Portfolio Analyst with AEW Capital Management in Boston and prior to that she was an associate with Beacon Corporation. Ms. Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish and English and holds a Masters of Architecture, Finance and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. |
