Blair Whitaker most recently was a General Partner for over five years at Norwest Venture Partners, a fund with approximately $1.8 billion in capital under management, investing primarily in information technology and service companies. Prior to Norwest, Blair was Founder and CFO of Exactis.com, an Internet content and technology company taken public in 1999. Previously, Blair spent over six years at Centennial Ventures as a Vice President, where he was a Board member at Brooks Fiber Properties, and worked with other private and public companies in the telecom services and technology industries. Blair is a past Board member of Via Net.Works, Inc., and eight private companies including, Advanced TelCom Group, Allied Riser Communications, and Optiglobe Corporation. Blair received a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, a Masters in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. |
