Bjorn Moller Director President and Chief Executive Officer joined Teekay in 1985. He has served as Teekay's President and CEO since April 1998. Mr. Moller has served as Vice Chair and a Director of Teekay GP L.L.C. a wholly owned subsidiary of Teekay and the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. another wholly owned subsidiary of Teekay since it was formed in November 2004. He has also served as the Vice Chairman of Teekay Offshore GP L.L.C. and of Teekay Offshore Operating GP L.L.C. since they were formed in August and September 2006 respectively. He has headed Teekay's overall operations since January 1997 following his promotion to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this Mr. Moller headed Teekay's global chartering operations and business development activities. Mr. Moller has over 25 years experience in the shipping industry and in December 2006 he was appointed Chairman of the International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation (ITOPF). |
