Bill Kracklauer is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hooper Holmes. Bill is responsible for all legal matters and assists with various strategic planning and operational issues as well. Bill has held leadership positions in several growing companies, including Yellow Book USA, the largest independent publisher yellow pages telephone directories and a provider of online and direct marketing services. At Yellow Book USA, Bill led Acquisitions and Human Resources, helped take the parent company public, and completed acquisitions worth more than $2 billion. Bill began his career at the New York law firm of White & Case after earning his JD degree from the Columbia University School of Law, where he also served as editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his BA degree in political science and French. |
