Bill Fenimore has served as a Director since May 2006. Bill has been an active consultant for Utix and many others as a Managing Partner for Bridgelink LLC, a Swiss based M&A and capital advising firm since 2003. From 2000 to 2003, Bill operated Fenimore and Assoc, Philadelphia specializing in strategic technology planning, operational management and financial structuring. Bill served as CEO of Integrion Financial Network from 1996-1999, formed by VISA and IBM, a start-up Internet Technology provider for financial services company’s ecommerce initiatives. Bill also served as Chief Technology Office for Meridian Bancorp, an $18 billion financial institution from 1994-1996. Prior to that Bill built a 29 year career with CoreStates Financial Corp in Philadelphia, serving as President and CEO, Hamilton Bank and culminating his tenure as Executive Vice President. |
