Mr. Fallon is a construction professional with over 30 years of experience in managing the construction of a wide range of facility-types and project scopes. His expereince has included both renovation projects and new construction, as well as adaptive reuse of historic spaces. He has manged façade restorations, including extensive masonry work, gut renovation and installation of structural systems to support a wide range of spaces. Mr. Fallon thrives on the challenges of building out spaces with complex logistical engineering, coordination and communication issues. He is a hands-on professional who enjoys working closely with the client as a strategic partner. In his three decades of overseeing almost every aspect of the construction process, Mr. Fallon has played a key role in managing everything from the constructibility and budgeting process to field operations, safety and quality programs, to commissioning and closeout. Miller Residence, 125, East 92nd Street, New York, NY - Renovation and expansion of this high-end residential space, including construction of all demising walls, installation of structural steel, flooring, drywall, electrical and plumbing systems. Spar Knitwear, 29-11 41st Street, Long Island City, NY - Provided a wide range of construction services for this merchandising company, including restoration of the façade, which entailed extensive masonry and concrete work. Also provided the steel and structural framing for a new elevator shaft for this building to prepare for the installation a new elevator equipment.
Acasio Soho, 60 Green Street, New York, NY - Gut renovation and fitout of this retail space in historic Greenwich Village, including all lighting, flooring, drywall and utilities.
