Bill leads the member services division for Regence in Oregon, Washington, Utah and Idaho. This division includes Customer Service, Claims Administration, Group and Individual Enrollment, Government Programs and the Federal Employee Program. He provides oversight and support to the chief information officer and senior vice president of enterprise program management.
He was named to his current position in 2004, after joining Regence in 2003 as senior vice president of health care operations. Most recently, Bill held senior executive
positions with Magellan Health Services and has been a principal in Maschoff, Barr and Associates.
Bill holds a bachelor's degree in family studies and consumer sciences from San Diego State University, a master's degree in child and family studies from Washington State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri.
