Bharath is responsible for the complete range of operations and delivery for Ness India. In his role, Bharath oversees the execution of strategies and delivery of results on a day-to-day basis, with focus on Ness’ business, operations and people across the India centers, including over 2,300 employees.
With over 20 years of diverse business experience, spanning information technology, consumer and industrial electronics, and retail industries, Bharath has held challenging positions, contributing towards accelerating business growth, employee productivity through innovative management and employee retention initiatives.
Bharath joined Ness Technologies’ Executive Management team from Perot Systems, where he served as Vice President for APAC and India. Prior to Perot Systems, Bharath worked at companies such as GE, Brooke Bond, Datacons and Sundaram Information Systems.
Bharath is an economics graduate from Madras Christian College, and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. |
