Betty joined the Midwest Title team in 1979 as an Escrow Assistant. In 1982, she became a closer for Midwest Title, and became the Escrow Department Manager in 1990. She is a Certified Land Closer and is also the Vice President of Midwest Exchange, a company which provides 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange services. Betty's continuing education includes Fund seminars Fraud, Title Exam Workshop, Commitment FUNDamentals, ATIDS Training, FUND Policy Provisions, Business Arrangements, RESPA, Underwriting Intermediate; FLTA Rates Update; TICOR seminars Managing in the New Millennium, ABAs and Surveys, Bankruptcy and 1031 Exchange; LandAmerica seminar "Title 2000", and TIPS 2003 and 2004. Betty is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable title experts in Southwest Florida. |
