As Celestica’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, I’m responsible for managing legal, governance and compliance matters for Celestica on a global basis. This includes managing securities and stock exchange compliance in the U.S. and Canada. I’ve also been very involved in corporate finance matters, acquisition activities, our geographic expansion and the diversification of our capabilities and customers.
In March 2007, I also assumed leadership of Celestica’s Global Human Resources organization. I oversee human resources policies and practices for the company, and work to attract, motivate and retain the highly skilled employees that drive the success of our customers.
I came to Celestica following a 13-year career as a senior corporate legal advisor in the telecommunications industry. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. I am admitted to practice in Ontario and New York. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
