Ms. Chang joined HQCM in June 2004. Previously she worked at Cambridge Energy Research Associates from 1996 to 2004 as an Associate in Marketing. Ms. Chang also worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank and Trust Company in 1995. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Boston University. Ms. Chang responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of accounting records for the Funds, using accepted accounting & regulatory procedures and supporting the Chief Compliance in areas as assigned such as financial reporting and internal control systems. Ms. Chang is also responsible for assisting the President with projects as assigned. |
