A native of University City, Philadelphia, Beth Jervay is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of Major, Lindsey & Africa. She assists associate attorneys who wish to explore employment opportunities within New Jersey. Beth is an experienced legal recruiter who has successfully placed associate attorneys with mid-sized suburban Philadelphia firms.
A Navy veteran, Beth served for six years as a hospital corpsman specializing in imaging modalities such as sonography, computed axial tomography and mammography. After her tour of duty, Beth worked at a large hospital in Bakersfield, California before attending college at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where she earned her undergraduate degree in political science summa cum laude. Beth then earned her juris doctorate from Stanford Law School. After graduation, Beth was an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster where she practiced SEC litigation.
Beth enjoys camping, hiking as well as exotic travel - most memorable were her trips to Nairobi, Kenya and Cairo, Egypt. She hopes to hike the Inca Trail one day with her son. |
