Ms. Pritchard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Organized Living from January 2004 until May 2005 when it filed a reorganization petition under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code and subsequently was liquidated. From 1991 to 2003, Ms. Pritchard was an executive with Limited Brands, Inc., a specialty retailer, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bath & Body Works, and as Chief Executive Officer of The White Barn Candle Company.
