Mr. Kasriel has been a partner in LBO France (private equity firm), Paris, France, since September 2006. He was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Lafarge (construction materials group), Paris, France, from January 2006 through May 2006 and was Chief Executive Officer of Lafarge from 2003 through January 2006. He was Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 2003, Managing Director from 1989 to 1995, Senior Executive Vice President from 1987 to 1989 and Executive Vice President from 1982 to 1987.
