Skip joined Gemesis as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2006. Skip has over 20 years of experience in the management and governance of corporate finance and accounting operations. Prior to Gemesis, for five years he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Correctional Services Corporation, a $175 million-dollar public company. From 1992 to 2000, Skip held various positions with Uniroyal Technology Corporation a $200 million public specialty chemical and plastics manufacturer. His last position being the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its High Performance Plastics, Inc. subsidiary. Skip is a certified public accountant and started his career with Deloitte & Touche. During his career he has established a high level of performance in many areas of business finance including mergers and acquisitions, credit financing, public offerings and corporate restructurings which have brought fiscal sustainability, profitability and increased shareholder value. |
