Experience:
Bernadette Daley has been an employment lawyer since entering practice in 1998. She advises employers on all aspects of employment law, including complex employment litigation and large-scale redundancy and restructuring programmes. She has significant experience advising on cross-border employment law issues, particularly multi-jurisdictional outsourcing and business transfers.
Bernadette joined Mayer Brown in 2003 and became a partner in 2008.

Advising a multinational company on the global outsourcing of parts of its human resources function.
Acting for a well-known media company on the sale of part of its business.
Advising a leading chemicals company on the transfer of employees upon the sale of a division and a significant part of its worldwide business.
