Mr. Yanowitz is an experienced real estate and corporate attorney who has been providing business and legal guidance for the past 50 years. He counsels real estate developers, syndicators, and financial institutions with respect to project evaluation, property acquisition, transaction design, financial structuring, and ownership entities.Mr. Yanowitz' real estate practice involves power centers throughout the Eastern United States, apartments, industrial parks, office buildings, housing subdivisions, planned unit developments, and full service, airport, and limited service hotels such as Hampton Inns, Hiltons, and Sheratons. He advises his corporate clients, which include national retailers, on acquisitions, leasing, corporate governance, and shareholder relationships.Mr. Yanowitz served as the firm’s Managing Partner and on the Executive Committee from 1977 to 1992. He also served as President of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, President of the Jewish Education Service of North America, and Chairman of the National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council, and has been honored for his numerous non-profit and communal activities. He is a member of the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County and Ohio State Bar Associations. |
