Ben Fernandez joined Faegre & Benson in 2004 as an associate. His practice focuses on intellectual property. Ben’s areas of study and interest include: patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and telecommunications. He has experience with web design and worked as a research assistant in a large-bore natural gas engine testing laboratory. Ben’s patent prosecution experience includes a wide array of technical fields: Mechanical Systems & Devices Medical Devices and Instrumentation Telecommunications Footwear Design Business Methods While in law school, Ben served as president of the Intellectual Property Law Students, and as a Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Telecommunications & High Technology Law.
