Ben Sihota is President - Asia/Pacific in The Black & Decker Corporation’s Power Tools and Accessories business. In this capacity, Mr. Sihota has responsibility for developing and overseeing commercial operations in the Asia/Pacific region, including, Japan, Korea, China, South East Asia, Australia, and India. He also is a Vice President of the Corporation, a position to which he was elected in February 2006.
Mr. Sihota joined Black & Decker in 1981 as a retail representative in the Power Tools organization and has progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, strategic planning, and general management. His career within the Power Tools and Accessories business has included assignments in North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to his recent promotion, he had been President - Asia, Power Tools and Accessories, since September 2000 and was based in Tokyo, Japan.
Mr. Sihota holds a B.A. degree in business from California State University, Sonoma. |
