Mr. Tinkey was involved in the founding of Pacific Valley Bank and initially served as Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer. In August 2006 Mr. Tinkey assumed the position of President & Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Pacific Valley Bank Mr. Tinkey served in leadership roles in other local banks since 1993. He was Chief Loan Officer for Cypress Coast Bank in Seaside and then as Senior Vice President and Chief Loan Officer with Monterey Bay Bank which had offices throughout Monterey County and had over $650 million in assets prior to its acquisition by Union Bank in 2003.
Mr. Tinkey and his wife Julie reside in King City. He is active in many community groups including Steinbeck Rotary Club and the Boys Scout of America for Monterey County. |
