She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Tracy Federal Bank in Tracy, California. Prior to that she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Bank in Oakland, California. Her most extensive experience was as the Chief Financial officer of Centennial Bank in Hayward, California form 1978-1996. Mrs. Holowich received her B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Theresa’s College in the Philippines in 1970, and continued her studies at the University of San Francisco in 1975. |
