Bibi Tucker has over 26 years of litigation experience and assists in every stage of a case, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, trial, and appeal. Ms. Tucker has extensive experience in the following areas: complex commercial litigation, products liability, aviation litigation and accident reporting, trade secret and non-compete matters, employment litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice, accounting malpractice, and death penalty appellate work. In addition to her knowledge of the North Carolina state courts, Ms. Tucker has worked on matters in all federal courts in North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Tucker is a current associate member of the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association - Legal Assistant Division (NCBA-LAD) She also has served as a lay member of the NCBA Fee Arbitration Committee. Ms. Tucker is an active member and supporter of a number of charitable groups such as Hilltop Home and the Boys and Girls Homes of Lake Waccamaw. |
