With over 18 years of commercial and retail banking experience in the Seattle market Basant joined Pacific Continental Bank in November 2005 after serving as the President and CEO of Northwest Business Bank. A graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and Graduate Management Training Program at the University of Washington he also attended the University of South Pacific and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Basant was previously employed by Key Bank in different capacities. He served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader responsible for corporate banking and was Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager responsible for business development. He also served as Vice President and Branch Manger in charge of business development for Key Bank and its predecessor Security Bank. |
