Barry Brandon is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing all legal issues for Seneca Gaming Corporation. His experience includes serving as a partner with the firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld LLP in Washington, D.C., with a focus on Indian law, gaming and economic development. Mr. Brandon has also helped implement U.S. policy for Indian gaming operations while serving as general counsel and chief of staff at the National Indian Gaming Commission in Washington, D.C. His other experience includes Deputy Director of the U.S. Secretary of the Interior's Indian Water Rights Office, and senior trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Brandon is an enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and an adopted member of the Seneca Nation of Indians. |
