Barbara Hughes Vice President Finance. As Vice President of Finance Ms. Hughes is responsible for the management of all financial and accounting matters relating to Fusion's domestic and international operations and joint-venture partnerships. She also has responsibility for Human Resources and other administrative functions within the company. In her previous experience Ms. Hughes has managed similar International Finance and Accounting functions with emphasis in developing countries in Latin America and Asia. Ms. Hughes entered the international telecommunications industry in 1996 holding various financial management positions such as Director of Finance for TresCom International and Primus Telecommunications. Prior to her entr? into telecommunications she was at Federal Express Corporation initially as Regional Finance Manager for the U.S. Domestic Operations and later as Finance Director of the Latin American Division. |
