Barb Ducharme joined Reach Out and Read in 2003, as liaison to ROR coalitions around the US and to develop additional program quality assessment tools. Now responsible for overseeing program startup, sustainability and support, and ROR provider training programs, Barb leads a team of five staff in the National Center. Prior to Reach Out and Read, Barb held leadership roles in a variety of organizations that monitored health care quality and provided continuing professional education for health care professionals in the US. Barb holds a masters degree in business administration from Simmons College and a master of education degree from Harvard University. |
