Ms. Swenson’s proficiencies include valuation projects for the Gift and Estate planning area and various other valuation purposes. As an analyst, she concentrates primarily on asset holding company valuations. In addition, she serves as administrative assistant at Chartwell for the Gift and Estate planning practice area. Prior to her current position, Ms. Swenson was a financial analyst and administrative assistant for seven years for Capital Solutions before the Chartwell Capital Solutions merger. Prior to Capital Solutions, she was an administrative assistant at another regional valuation firm. Previously, she held the positions of U.S. Federal Probation clerk in Minneapolis and deputy county auditor/director of tax equalization and deputy county clerk of court/register of deeds/state’s attorney clerk in Steele County, North Dakota. Ms. Swenson attended Estherville Junior College in Iowa and Mayville State University in North Dakota. |
