Ms. Masi joined Mezz Cap as a Paralegal with over thirteen years experience in legal arena. Ms. Masi will assist the Senior Vice President, Contracts & Structured Finance to close the structured finance transactions. Previously, Ms. Masi was a Senior Paralegal with emphasis on commercial foreclosures, workout of non-performing assets and commercial real estate for eight years at the law firm of Taylor, Colicchio & Silverman, LLP. Prior to joining Mezz Cap, Ms. Masi changed her concentration from litigation to structured finance and was the Securitization Coordinator for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Education - Ms. Masi graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University, and received a Paralegal Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training, Philadelphia, PA. |
