Baljinder joined EXL in 1999 and currently heads the technology function. As electronics engineer and a trained business leader, he brings in a rare combination of technology acumen and business insight. Baljinder spearheads technology architecture, client engagement from a technology perspective, customized solutioning, project management, disaster recovery and information security at EXL. His other responsibilities include managing enterprise technology operations of service delivery centers in India and technology hubs in UK and US. He has led technology initiatives of the company in strategic outsourcing, business development, relationship management, execution of projects, establishment of state-of-the-art service delivery centers in India and technology hubs in UK and US. Baljinder's previous assignment was at Essar Swiss Telecom, now a Hutchison Telecom group company. He was responsible for setting up the countrywide and international telecom & IT infrastructure for the company and establishing their technology service delivery. |
