Austin P. Young III has been a Director since November 2005. Mr. Young served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CellStar Corporation, a logistics service provider to the wireless communications industry, from 1999 until his retirement in December 2001. Prior to joining CellStar Corporation, Mr. Young was a partner in the Houston and New York offices of KPMG LLP for 22 years, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American General Corporation for over eight years and Executive Vice President-Finance and Administration of Metamor Worldwide, Inc., an information technology company, for three years. Mr. Young serves as a Director and Chairman of the Finance, Risk Management and Audit Committee of Administaff, Inc. and as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tower Group, Inc. Mr. Young also currently serves as Vice President, Treasurer and Director of The Park People, Vice President and Director of the Houston Fire Museum and Chairman of the Houston Zoo Advisory Council. |
