Augustus N. Stephas serves as Chief Operating Officer / Senior Vice President for the Company. He held the position of Senior Vice President - Accounting and Controller from January 1997 until January 2007. His responsibilities include overseeing CBL's property operations including leasing management asset management and peripheral property division. Mr. Stephas joined CBL's Predecessor in July 1978 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President - Accounting and Controller in 1984 and to Senior Vice President - Accounting and Controller in 1997. From 1970 to 1978 Mr. Stephas was affiliated with the shopping center division of Arlen first as accountant and later as assistant controller. |
