W. Ashley Hess Mr. Hess is a member of the firm's Cincinnati office, where he practices in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. His practice is focused on a full range of corporate matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business counseling for entrepreneurs and both public and private businesses. Mr. Hess has extensive transactional experience and has advised clients on numerous deals in the manufacturing sector and the health and insurance, and restaurant industries. He works with businesses at all stages of growth and often serves as a general counsel to business clients who do not have in-house counsel. Mr. Hess is a frequent speaker on corporate topics, and he served on the American Bar Association's Market Trends Subcommittee that published the 2007 Private Target Deal Points Study, which analyzes prevailing market terms in private company mergers and acquisitions.
