AREAS OF PRACTICE Health Care Corporate Transactions Ashley’s practice focuses on health care and corporate transactional matters. She advises clients on the formation and reorganization of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of corporate stock and assets, physician/hospital contracts and joint ventures, and licensing and operational matters. REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Ongoing representation of health care providers in medical staff issues, physician licensing, delivery of patient care, capital formation, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and other formation and operational issues. Representation of health care entities, including ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic testing facilities, home health agencies, medical and dental practices, physical therapy companies, and hospitals.
