Arun Chetty is responsible for the research and system design in all phases of product development. With almost 12 years of technology, development and implementation experience, Arun’s versatile background brings additional depth to the Click4Care leadership team. Previously, Arun was Operations Manager at International Decision Systems (IDS), where he was instrumental in rolling out an implementation methodology based on the Rational Unified Process and launching ChangePoint, a professional services automation system. Prior to IDS, Arun was the Director of Product Development at Firepond, where he led the effort to develop a common framework across product lines. Arun has also held leadership roles to implement Lead to Order systems for Fortune 500 companies, including Sikorsky Helicopters, John Deere, Hitachi and Mitsubishi. Arun has a Bachelors degree in computer science from Madras University in India and a Masters degree in software engineering from St. Thomas University in Minnesota |
