Arthur Makadon, age 63, has served as trustee of RAIT since July 2002. Mr. Makadon has served as the Chairman of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP ("Ballard Spahr") (a law firm) since July 2002. Before that, since 1984, Mr. Makadon was Chairman of Ballard Spahr’s litigation department. Since 1996, Mr. Makadon has served as a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania. |
