Prior to joining Corporate Solutions Group in 2002, Mr. Goldberg served as President of Manhattan Associates, an investment and merchant banking firm. He was formerly Chairman of Reich & Co., an investment banking and corporate finance firm specializing in small cap companies. Prior to Reich & Co., Mr. Goldberg was a co-founder and President of Integrated Resources, Inc. Integrated Resources, Inc. was a financial services company with revenues in excess of $1.5 billion and assets in excess of $8 billion which managed and sold investment programs including real estate limited partnerships, mutual funds, variable annuities, life insurance and money management services through its 5,000 person sales force.Mr. Goldberg has served on the boards of several private and public companies. He has also served on the boards of the Middle East Forum and the Long Island Anti-Defamation League, as well as the NYU Stern School of Business’ Board of Overseers and the NYU Dean’s Executive Round Table. He received his BS degree cum laude from the Stern School and his JD dgree from NYU School of Law, where he was a member of the law review. |
