Arthur M. Friedman, a member of the Audit Committee, became a director of PSB on March 16, 1998. Mr. Friedman, a certified public accountant, has been an independent business and tax consultant since September 1995. Mr. Friedman was a partner of Arthur Andersen from 1968 until August 1995. During his 38-year career in public accounting, he specialized in tax consultation. He was a member of the Andersen Board of Partners from 1980-1988. |
