Arthur joined Smarte Carte in 2001 as Vice President of European Development and Operations. He established Smarte Carte's European base of Operations in France and the position soon grew to include responsibility for Smarte Carte's Australia and China operations. In July 2006, Arthur was promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development and International Operations responsible for business development at North American airports, as well as continuing both business development and operations for all lines of business worldwide. Arthur came to Smarte Carte from HMS Host Corporation where he held the position of Vice President of Development in Europe. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Finance - International Operations at HMS Host. Arthur has a Bachelors of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MIA in International Finance from Columbia University. |
