Arthur C. Martinez is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of Sears Roebuck and Company and serves as a Director of PepsiCo Inc. Liz Claiborne Inc. and IAC/InterActiveCorp. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Holding N.V. He served as Chairman and CEO of Sears from 1995 to 2000 and Chairman and CEO of its retail arm Sears Merchandise Group from 1992 to 1995. Prior to his tenure at Sears he was Vice Chairman at Saks Fifth Avenue where he worked in various senior positions for 12 years.
Mr. Martinez has been a member of IFF's Board of Directors since 2000. |
